BUCKMINSTER FULLER—Exhibition focused on Fuller's early dravvings, 4-0 and Dymaxion ideas and his last invention of the Dymaxion Bookcase. Project highlighted his mathe-matical and engineering genius and his visionary thinking. ART-in-SCIENCE IV. . . 1983. R. BUCKMINSTER FULLER—Exhibition featured Fuller's private coliection tracing influences on his perceptions. A tape on vvhich Fuller talked about his coliection was heard by visitors in an old-fashioned telephone booth. lt is believed to be the last tape Fuller ever made. ART-in-SCIENCE V. . . 1986. LOIS JOHNSON, THOMAS PORETT, PHIL SIMKIN—The three artists vvorked in collaboration vvith geographically-dispersed artists. Simkin through his conceptual art resource of a fixed-up diner serving food for thought entitled IFACTS (Institute for Advanced Creative Thoughts and Stuff)—Johnson created an 8'x25' murat in four color high speed offset lithography—Porett exhibited totemic computer graphics which included audience participation on computer monitors.
